Characteristics
Specially suitable for cutting and rewinding into small paper reels with grammages between 20 and 80 grams/m2.
Unwinder prepared for reels up to 1.200 mm. diameter, with automatic tension control throughout the process.
Includes hydraulic reel loader with support arms operated by an hydraulic unit attached to the bedplate.
Cutting system with self-locking circular blades mounted on easily removable shafts. The assembly includes lateral displacement for cutting adjustment.
It incorporates an automatic splicing and cutting system that, at working speed, achieves high production capacity. Mounted on pneumatic drive arms, it allows reel changes at production speed.
Rotating turret with double rewinder shaft mounted on cantilever, without the need to remove the shaft for the extraction of the reels and placement of the new core.
Control panel with preselection of linear meters per reel, starting the splicing and cutting cycle automatically according to the selected length.
