Automatic pre-register system. It is only necessary one passage and a half of the material for the adjustment of the longitudinal and the lateral register. -
Electronic register system integrated in the machine control platform achieving an excellent precision on any support. -
Drying system composed of 1 drying screen and 1 temperature zone. -
Drying system composed of 2 drying screens and 2 independent temperature zones. -
Extended drying system composed of 2 drying screens and 2 independent temperature zones. -
Machine specially designed for short runs. -
Insetting with the possibility of printing at register on a material already processed, allowing the automatic change of the reel in unwinder also at register. -
Possibility of installing the printing units in-line with other machines.

Characteristics
The printing press EDLOS has been designed for the market of medium and short runs, both for the flexible packaging material and for labeling. EDLOS is a concept of last generation printing machine endowed of a high versatility which allows to the end customer to configure a machine adapted to its needs, introducing in-line systems with the rotogravure printing like die-cutting, laminating, cold-seal application, exit to reel or sheet, among others.
