Characteristics
ARES-C II offers a high printing quality and double-sided printing in a single pass, job changeovers in just a few seconds or the use of servomotors technology on the plate, anilox and impression cylinders.
• Cantilever-mounted axes for quick changeovers of plate and anilox sleeves, with pneumatic closures of automatic opening, without tools. No gear changes are required for printing repeat changeovers.
• Preparation of the available printing groups for the following job while the machine is in production mode, allowing to make a job change without stopping the machine.
• Positionning and pressure adjustment of the impression roller, plate cylinder and anilox are done through servomotors. Automatic positionning adjustment according to printing job requirements.
• Longitudinal register through servomotor of the plate cylinder, allowing infinited and unrestricted adjustment.
• Inking system by closed chamber doctor blades, with pneumatic pressure regulation.
• The control panel features an industrial PC with an integrated touchscreen display, allowing centralized control and bringing together all the necessary controls for operating the machine.
• Drying system with two drying zones. Module for drying between the printing units and an horizontal tunnel with high efficiency ensuring material drying before rewinding.
• It can be equipped with fully automatic unwinders and rewinders, or stopped reel.
• Equipment for solvent-based, water-based or UV-curable lacquering or coating can be incorporated to be registered with the printing.
