Characteristics
MIZARFLEX is the new recent generation gearless stack-type flexographic printing press for high-quality printing and fast-changing jobs.
MIZARFLEX offers a printing quality equivalent to the central drum but it has more advantanges like double-sided printing in a single pass, job changeovers in just a few seconds or the use of Direct Drive technology on the plate and impression cylindders, and Motion Control on the entire press.
Cantilever-mounted axes for quick changeovers of plate and anilox sleeves, with pneumatic closures of automatic opening, without tools. No gear changes are required for printing repeat changeovers.
Exchange of sleeves or carriers is made inside the machine, without the need of dismounting the axe.
Preparation of the available printing groups for the following job while the machine is in production mode, allowing to make a job change without stopping the machine.
Positionning and pressure adjustment of the impression roller, plate cylinder and anilox are done through servomotors. Automatic positionning adjustment according to printing job requirements.
Longitudinal register through servomotor of the plate cylinder, allowing infinited and unrestricted adjustment.
Inking system by closed chamber doctor blades, with pneumatic pressure regulation.
The control panel features an industrial PC with an integrated touchscreen display, allowing centralized control and bringing together all the necessary controls for operating the machine.
Drying system with two completely independent circuits. Module for drying between the printing units and an horizontal tunnel with high efficiency ensuring material drying before rewinding.
It can be equipped with fully automatic unwinders and rewinders, or with double stations for semi-automatic changeover. Diameter capacity up to 1.200 mm.
Equipment for solvent-based, water-based or UV-curable lacquering or coating can be incorporated to be registered with the printing.
